Hi yes we were in the Monroeville location near our home in Pennsylvania. We had a appointment for my soon to be sisters-in-law. Nice apon arrival, the staff in all. Her stylist was really nice Mason. Helpful as well. My soon to be sisters-in-law found. A beautiful dress and it was on clearance, the stylist said to us anything on clearance right now is $99. Terrible experience. Bridesmaids are treated awful. Made an appointment for 5, got put in 2 tiny dressing rooms. There was no seat for the bride while we tried on. Also, everytime we came out to show our dresses, we were in the way because it was also the aisle. We were constantly being shoved out of the way by other customers and sales associates. The girls THST work in this store are arrogant and don’t help with the fitting of the dress. Prior to buying they are all over you. Come back to try on and make sure it fits they could care less. They ignore you. They talk on the phones. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Well, let's start with my sister and I both had scheduled appointments to pick up our dresses for my daughters wedding. They were running behind, which was not a big deal until when they called us back to try on our dresses, they told sister she could try hers on in one of the outside fitting rooms because there was a bride coming. terrible customer service, consultant told me certain alterations could be made, leading me to purchase the dress..only to be told at the fitting that those things could not be done. i felt like the consultant just told me what i wanted to hear in order to make a sale. alterations were wrong anyway, ended up selling the dress on ebay. will never return to this place.

The workers are very nice but after spending like $1000 on a dress, it cost half that price just for the alterations. Wish it was included to begin with.
My sister and I went into this store twice to look for her a wedding dress, and me a maid of honor dress. She had an appointment to look for her dress. When we got there for her appointment, the place was a little busy, nothing to crazy. The woman whom was to be assisting her barely paid an ounce of attention to her. Have have a terrible experience with the store so far regarding the fitting/alterations. Daughter bought her wedding dress one year ago, and was directed to purchase a certain size from alterations staff based upon the fit. We have now made 3 trips for alterations, and the last visit (3 weeks from the wedding) was confronted by the incredibly rude and unprofessional manager.
