Went in yesterday to look for a cocktail dress for an upcoming benefit event. They did not.offer any help, suggestions, rude when I asked questions. So.instead of purchasing a beautiful dress, left and will go.somewhere where they offer courtesy to all buys not just brides. And I am sure the dress I was ready to purchase was more than the gowns being tried on at thay time. Oh well, their loss.

I have no complaints about my appointments to find a dress. Both of the consultants who I had were very attentive and accommodating in helping me find the dress of my dreams, which I did. My complain is with the alterations department, which failed to complete my dress and it should have not been very complicated to do. I added a belt, which was obviously sewn on crooked as it was the first thing I noticed when I put it on. After trying to explain to my consultant what I was looking for (since you aren't allowed to pull some of your own dresses to try on) they shove you in a standard sized dressing room you would see at a department store but without the mirror. My consultant was very nice but wasn't getting what I was telling her I wanted. One of the managers (who was also friendly) finally pulled a dress I really liked. Not impressed. The dressing rooms are tiny, and there is no mirror to see yourself before walking out into the store. My consultant was nice, but was so off with the dresses she was pulling. Everything I said I didn't want, she pulled. She also had the audacity to say to me when I put one one "oh I don't like that one" before I even had a chance to see what it looked like on me, and admitted that she pulled a dress because it was new and she wanted to see it on someone. I have never in my life been treated so rudely, ordered 2 bridesmaids dresses because I'm in 2 weddings, get a phone call stating they both are in and "have to be picked up within a week".....Call them back and say go ahead and ship them, paid the $16.50 fee and the dresses were to be shipped......Here it is a week and a half later, no dresses, mind you I live 1hour away I was just too busy with work and a 18month old to go get them.......Call to see what the problem is and they lost a dress......Talk to the "supposed manage... read more

Hey! Great sale on bridesmaid's dresses - $20 off Bridesmaids dresses - signs everywhere!! Woo hoo! Well unless you're a junior bridesmaid (very tiny print) - not on those
