Not a great experience. I went there with my daughter to pick out a prom dress. The people there were nice, but not much of a help. Our consultant had more than our appointment. She was also helping a bride choose her dress. She paid more attention to her other appointment. I thought when you made an appointment, you got one on one attention. I had an appointment Nov. 11 to look at wedding dresses. I was going to be a little late because of traffic and living an hour away so I called to let them know. They said it was fine. I get there and get told I have to wait for all the other brides scheduled after me to get put with an employee, which was about 30 minutes. Fine, that was my fault for being late. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this David’s Bridal location. Upon my first visit, I had disclosed that I was pregnant and would be 5 months along at the time of the wedding. I was assured ordering my bridesmaid dress two sizes up was sufficient and the seamstress could insert panels to widen the dress if needed. I was hesitant, but went along with the advice that I was given ordering just two sizes larger. My dress arrived 4 weeks prior to the event. I am very disappointment by David's they tired lying to my face today. Two of my bridesmaids ordered their dresses at the same time and did one cash transaction. Both gave their information for the different dresses. Well my one bridesmaid and I no longer talk so she was not going to be in my wedding anymore. I was told by my co workers (we work for the same company) that she was looking for the receipt and was going to cancel the dresses. I ordered my bridesmaid dress April 1st and they told me it would be about 2 months for my dress to come in. Well, by this time it's July and all the other girls in the wedding party have their dresses. So I called Davids Bridal...they have no record of my dress. ARE YOU KIDDING. I had the receipt still, thank goodness. The manager (super nice) tired for 2 weeks to "locate" my dress. The people at this store have a double standard. They gave my sister her money back for her dress on order and a bow which was taken out of the store just because it was on the same receipt. They will not take my dress, the two flower girl dresses and the other bow back. I am on SSD and THEY ARE DISCRIMINATING AGAINST PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES. BOYCOTT THIS STORE. Made an appointment online for today only to find out when I showed up at David's bridal they were closed. There was a hand written sign stating the power was out and it was closed until further notice. I could not find anything posted online about this closing nor did I receive a phone call to cancel my appointment.

WARNING FOR ALL BRIDES: I just wanted to take a minute and complain about how upset I am with this store. I went back in June 2016 to get my dress. Honestly, the experience was good but now I am just mad about it. I was a size 16ish then. I told the woman helping me I would be losing about 30 to 50 lbs. Well I did. And I am stuck with a size 14 dress when I should have gotten an 8 or 10. THEY DIDNT EVEN MEASURE ME!!! Luckily for me I found an amazing alterations lady to fix it.
