I had a pleasant friendly experience, with my stylist. Found a beautiful dress and was pleased with online purchases also. I do think alterations should be complimentary with purchases , of $500.00 or more.

Despite being very busy due to it being a Saturday, Cathleen was so helpful and accommodating! I didn't buy or decide on anything today but Cathleen was amazing. I assured her if I come back to get a dress I would definitely be requesting her. Highly recommend this shop!

LaQuisha was very helpful I found my dress within 2days I told her the style I was looking for and she knew just what I needed I had a great time and the staff was very friendly😊

While we went on a busy Saturday, we were not treated very well by our consultant. We were promised two chairs and were only given one even though we had an elderly grandma and a sister who was pregnant with us. Then to make things worse, my sister, who is pregnant, was asked to "get out of " the provided chair so that another party of 8 bridesmaids could have it.
