SO helpful, courteous, kind and accomadating. I had to have alterations made to a bridesmaid's dress and they went over and beyond to help me out! Connie and Dorothy from the Montgomery, AL store were wonderful. I also happened to walk into the store when a belligerent and rude customer decided to tell off one of the employees (i believe the employee's name was Connie). Miss Barbara was so wonderful, I feel really good about leaving my dress with her for alterations. She let me know about what she was doing and the costs each step of the way, and wven just pinned, my dress looks fantastic.
