I loved every moment of my time there
SO helpful, courteous, kind and accomadating. I had to have alterations made to a bridesmaid's dress and they went over and beyond to help me out! Connie and Dorothy from the Montgomery, AL store were wonderful. I also happened to walk into the store when a belligerent and rude customer decided to tell off one of the employees (i believe the employee's name was Connie). Customer service in alterations was great but I think the prices for alterations are outrageous! Live and Learn

Miss Barbara was so wonderful, I feel really good about leaving my dress with her for alterations. She let me know about what she was doing and the costs each step of the way, and wven just pinned, my dress looks fantastic.
The two ladies helping me were very kind, funny, and helpful! They helped me find the dress of my dreams! Thank you Connie and Pepp in Montgomery!
Incredible experience from start to finish--you think buying the dress is a hurdle but the alterations can be a nightmare. Fortunately I had an incredible woman (Ms. Barbara) who made magic with me and the dress ❤️
