Suelen was my consultant today. She was amazing! I told her what I was looking for and showed her some pictures. She also have my favorites I had saved on their website printed out! She was so sweet and kind and was involved with me but also gave me time to myself to think( which I loved) she picked amazing dresses! I loved litteraly all of them. My consultant was very sweet and attentive. The only thing that could have made my visit better was if the front desk worker was friendlier. She was not very receptive to questions my bridal party or myself had.

Found my dress pretty easily, the only problem I had was when I came for my final fitting, one side was a lot longer than the other and it had to be taken back to get it fixed. I'm glad the alterations ladies fixed it I just wish they had checked it first before having me put it on with the seam crooked.

The women that was assigned to me never helped me I was on my own. My daughter helped me. I arrived on time for my scheduled time and the lady behind the counter didn't acknowledge me for 15 mins then she assigned someone to me but told me to start looking on my own I was there for over an hour and no one helped me. Not impressed. I did purchase a gown but after I purchased it I was told no refunds. I'm no happy with my experience and would like a full refund please.

The woman who helped me was great. I showed her the styles to what I wanted and she brought me as close as she could get to what I showed her. She was fast, friendly and very patient. She worked with me for 3 hours pulling dresses after dresses to fit my needs. Needless to say I was able to find my dress and I was one happy Bride.

I had qn appointment but still waited at the door while the lady was on the phone. Then she passed me over to Karen. Unlike others who had an appointment my name wasnt used or on my door. Karen seemed almost pessimistic about the dresses I had picked as favorites. I had to find my sizes on my own. The other customer there and I heloed each other with zippers more than Karen did. DeeDee did an amazing job working with my limited budget. I walked in with one dress in mind and unfortunately they didn't have it. She showed me similar dresses, helped jack me up with some hair bling and a sparkly belt thing. She made it all so stress-free and easy!
