Penny was absolutely wonderful to me!! I am extremely self-conscious of my body and I had a few moments where I was sobbing because I didn’t feel comfortable in anything I tried on, but Penny rescued me at the last moment and made me feel beautiful. She helped me put a couple of dresses on and it was in that moment that I found my dress. She absolutely understood where I was coming from and she made me feel special, which I very much needed!! Great experience! Customer service was great and they had a great selection of dresses in many different sizes.
There is always one consultant that I have every time I go there and she is rude. I’ve complained to the manager about her a couple time cuz of her attitude and the way she treats us or talks to us. The manager who is always there when I am there is very friendly and helpful! I love that store and, most of the people who work there are awesome, help you find anything you are looking for and are very super friendly.
It was amazing Kayla asked me a few simple questions and then pulled dresses that were just what I wanted
