Horrible experience! I went to the store with little hope that I would find something I would like let alone love when I first arrived to the store after scheduling my appointment online I was told that they did not know I had an appointment because it was set up online which was off putting they worked to get someone to help me during the time of waiting I saw a bride very upset screaming that a staff member upset her family and demanded to speak to a manager which being a new customer made me want to walk out the door. As a expecting mom I waited closer to my wedding to shop. I found a beautiful dress and was worried it wouldn't fit in time for my big day. So I didnt buy it. The lady pushed me to sign up for a credit card I knew I wasn't going to get approve for and told me I should buy the dress because my stomach wasn't going to get any bigger (which it has!! )&they wouldn't have the dress if I came back. I am not happy with the service we received the day we went shopping for dresses. I felt our consultant was not organized and was not devoted to our group. I also am upset that our dresses had been sitting in the store for 5 weeks. We ordered dresses on March 12th. I called on Sunday April 30th to ask if the dresses had arrived because it had been several weeks and the response was, yes they have been here since March 24th. Horrible customer service. If you need your dress tailored take it somewhere else. These people are trained to sell dresses that's it! You are so much better off going to a different wedding dress vender.
