Horrible experience!!! Our "bridal consultant" didn't help us and was double booked and more interested in the other party!!! We went to Orange
I didn't really find anything that fit what I wanted, and when a friend of mine found what I wanted the lady helping me let another bride try the dress on instead of me. I was livid. I wont be getting my dress from there!

Worst customer service I've ever had my sister purchased her dress there and so did eight bridesmaids we are told 3 times that alterations are free then we were told alterations are not free that they had to pay somebody to pin the dress they are absolutely ridiculous to have the girls didn't get their dresses three of them were shipped to the wrong place there don't even look like the ones we tried on worst experience of my life I would never recommend them to anybody day of the most horrible people working there they don't... read more
