You really should hire competent consultants who want to help their customers and may have more knowledge about the dresses... I felt like I was bothering my consultant by being there for my appointment and they were absolutely no help in offering suggestions. I tried on 2 dresses and left. Found my dream dress elsewhere thanks to the help and knowledge of my consultant who knew her stock and what complimented my body type, what I liked about one dress and not another, etc. She obviously cares about her job unlike whoever I ... read more
The alterations department messed up alot my wedding is in 25 days and now I have to have someone else fix them I would never recommend this place
If I could give a zero I would they lost my wedding dress and when they went up to pick it up the staff member was too busy stuffing her face and shoving us out the door to close to realize it was someone else's dress. I spent 2 hours of my wedding locked in a storage closet in my pj's with my hair and make up done!!!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE AND NO CONSIDERATION. Went into the store with no appointment and had to wait to sign in which wasn't a problem. The woman signing in before us had coffee and so did we. She was helped and assigned a coordinator my party however had to leave our coffees in front of the store. I was upset, but wanted to look at dresses so we placed our coffees on the desk in the front (even though the other woman still had her coffee near the wedding dresses).
