Our consultant was new, so I can't fault her too much, but I believe DB should have paired us with a more knowledgeable consultant while she shadowed. She did not know much, was so meek and lacked confidence to answer simple questions. My BMs did find dresses, but we did not need the consultant to do so. Also, appointment length should not be the same for parties of 2 vs. parties of 5. We loved working with Brooklyn!! She was fantastic! We didn't like how busy it was. We know it was a Saturday but it was so crowded with people that it kind of ruined the whole experience.

Overall, I appreciated the experience. Here's a quick comment about the different aspects of my experience: My consultant was nice and helpful, without being overly involved and annoying. That was great! When I entered the fitting cabin, there was a strong smell of feet. Aside from that, I appreciated the fact that the cabin was pretty large and confortable, with several hooks for clothes and hangers. They’ve had the dress for over a month. Come to pick it up for my scheduled time. Told me to come back in an hour as they are still working on it. Came back in an hour and they asked us to come back in ANOTHER HOUR. Front desk ladies were kind but what is happening in the back?!?!
