We expected someone to help us with all the dresses. Unfortunately, Rihannon wasn’t proactive. But Helen was great!

I really loved how she took the time with not just myself, but with all the bridesmaids as well. We went over time but she still didn’t rush. Thanks so much for helping me find the dress I love!
Not totally happy with their customer service for the second time! The first time was 4 years ago for my daughters prom dress and I found them rude and rushy then. This time we were about 15 minutes late, from out of town and there was an accident on the highway, upon arrival I told the person at the front that I was running late and apologized and she said "ohhhh I can see that!!!" in a very snotty tone, she called over the manager "Allison" and she said "ohhhh they're late, we will have to figure this out". The salesgirl mentioned that the fitting would be as from 30$ but the price of the fittings is more expensive than the dress itself. The person should mentioned it before and make an estimate instead of heading the slip to the client.
Busy with two clients at once. Acceptable service as over lunch hour.

Montana was soooo patient with me and really cared about what I wanted but also listened to my families' suggestions. She said brides usually try on 5 dresses and I tried on double that and she kept up the excellent service!!! Best experience!!!
