This was not a good experience. Our helper was not helpful. We were asked to look at the dresses and to write down the number when I was asked which ones I had to go get it because the associate "doesn't know" the numbers. After picking dresses we were later told they couldn't come in our colour. There was not enough room or space for people to try on. I ended up making two separate bookings that were overlapping and the second appointment wasn't even acknowledged. We were expected to share the same change room... Totally ... read more

I would just like to make a review on the alterations manager Maryam at store #80 in Dayton Ohio she is very unprofessional, yelling at her employees in front of customers, trying to her and alteration girl pin my dress and she just dumps the pins on the floor and then yells at her, I asked Maryam if she could sew and she said no, how can you have a manager over the alterations team and not even be able to sew???? Do not shop here!!! After walking in and being ignored, myself and my friend went over to the bridesmaids dresses because I am looking for a coloured wedding dress for myself. I had never been in a bridal store and had no idea how the whole process worked. First we were told to walk back to the front of the store to sign in. Afterwards I explain that I am not yet sure if I want a white or coloured dress and the lady looked so confused and when telling her it was in two weeks at city hall she looked disgusted. People are really nice. I ask for the alternation by today cuz my prom is tomorrow, and the lady didn't charge me a rush fee.

Alterations keep asking for more unnecessary money. My helper left for the day without advising me. She said that she was going to help another customer. I waited for half an hour before I realized that she was gone.
