Becky in alterations is the best! I bought a gown from there but wanted to make it less formal. After only briefly explaining my plan, Becky saw my vision and immediately went to work. She was so patient with me and made the process enjoyable. And not to mention.. my dress looks amazing! Thank you, Becky!

Becky in alterations was amazing! From when I bought my dress in 09/2021 to my scheduled pickup alterations on 9/2022 I was passed to 3 alterations associates. When I came to pick it up there were pins in at and still not fitting correctly. Thankfully Becky was there and was able to not only make multiple suggestions on how to correct the issues she made it happen. Within a week she hand sewn a lining into the dress (that I was told wasn’t possible and would have to wear a slip,) fixed the corset, closed the front some which made the hips fall natural. When I came in to pick it up there was just a couple of tweaks that needed to be made as she had to see it on me and she had them done within minutes so I was able to take my dress home. The best customer service is have ever received!

Becky did a wonderful job altering my daughter's wedding dress! She told us what she could do to fix problem areas and was able to make the dress fit perfectly!!!Excellent customer service and her work was even better than we could have imagined!

Makayla in alterations was phenomenal! She was even able to get a stain out of my dress that the dry cleaners couldn’t. 💕

Their alteration lady, Lisa, was exceptional. She altered a pant suit I purchased from David’s Bridal to wear to my grandson’s wedding. I picked it up yesterday and was amazed with how well it fit. They do alterations for anyone. You don’t have to be a customer to use their alteration department. Will be using Lisa again.
