I had a wonderful experience buying my wedding dress and all of my bridesmaids dresses. But unfortunately the wedding didn’t turn out and David’s bridal of Paducah were very accommodating and provided excellent service in exchanging out dresses for other items. Would strongly recommend Paducah David’s bridal.
I came In with my bridesmaids and had a wonderful experience! I also bought my wedding dress from there for my wedding April!! Great experience! Marissa was amazing!!!
My daughter picked up her dress(July30) that had just come in and we received the least amount of help for her to try it on. The employee just hung the dress on the door and left. Nobody bothered to ask if she needed help or some much look our way, other than the employee assisting the woman next to us. My daughter's 10 yr. old son had to help her while 3 girls were just in a huddle TALKING! We won't be back for alterations! Very poor customer service!!!

I went into the Paducah KY store today to find a dress for my sons wedding. It was the second time in there this last few days in search of a dress. I found the perfect one today! My consultant was amazing and helped me sort through what I wanted I was very unsure and had a vague idea of what it could be, but she was very good at her job and helped me to find the dress of my dreams :) great customer service! And they made the whole process awesome!

These ladies went above and beyond for me. I had purchased one dress in another David's store and was feeling not so pretty in it. I figured I would go to a different David's store to try a fuller petticoat with the dress. I still did not like how it was looking and it was going to cost a small fortune to have it altered.
