RecommendedAsk for Juana!!!! Went shopping with my friend & Bride-to-be. We had an incredible experience with Juana. She listened to everything my friend wanted, didn't push anything over her budget, and was so helpful with ideas from undergarments to hair accessories. Really impressed and my friend walked out with a dress that's perfect!

RecommendedHad a day of appointment made around 6pm for my cousins bridal dress and during the crazy back and forth of translating for her (english is not her first language), our helper Donna was amazing and so so patient. She respected our price range and did her best while running back and forth showing us the best products that suited my cousins needs. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. This should of been a wonderful experience for me but both the employees in the store (including the manager) and the corporate 'bridal experts', made this a horrible experience. When I went to speak to the manager about the poor service they made me wait 20 minutes then told me she was eating and can't see me. Horrible is an understatement.

Truly disappointed in the service at David’s Bridal. I received a text to let me know my bridesmaid dress (paid in full) had arrived. I was told i had 7 days to get it. After only 2 days, i found out they had INSISTED another bridesmaid (from the same wedding) take ALL of our dresses with her when she went for hers. How DARE they FORCE someone to take the gown i paid for without my consent!!! I will not be returning there for my alterations. This is very poor service.

My daughter and I made an 8p appt on 2/21. We arrived 10 minutes early (we were actually able to arrive at 7p but this was the only appt). We were signed in and explained that we were there to look at the Vera Wang collection. We were directed to the racks and another associate arrived within a few minutes. That’s when it all fell apart. All the salesperson did was take the dresses we asked to try on and put them in the dressing room.
