If I could have given a ZERO I would have! This place was terrible and rude when I looked there for my wedding over 9yrs ago! Same thing 9 yrs later!! PLEASE, BE WEARY!! So apparently David's Bridal thinks it is acceptable to sell a Bride a $200 alteration: $50 for the shoulders and $150 for the bustle, making her believe that she is picking the bustle that will make her dress look the absolute best... Only to SEW THROUGH her satin dress, leaving very visible buttons, lines, and THREAD! The THREAD is on the OUTSIDE of my dress! Then when her maid of honor points out the buttons as being very obvious, she's told that that is the only way it could be done on my dress. If I h... read more
I ordered a bridesmaid's dress and was told I would receive a call when my dress was in. I paid for the dress in full when purchased... Allegedly, they called me once (which I didn't receive) and then mailed my dress to the bride in MA?!? I live in NJ... Why would they ever do this? The bride never received the dress! This is beyond unacceptable.
My mother and I had an appointment for 2pm this past Friday to looked for MOB dresses and the was confirmed the day before. We arrived and were told someone would be right with us but were then pointed into the back corner of the store to look through everything and get an idea of what the store had. Upon looking we started to pull dresses ourselves and about 30 minutes later, there was still no sales person that came to us to help with our "appointment". This store has THE WORST customer service. We waited 30 MINUTES just to pick up dresses because the associates were too busy trying to make commission. Both times we visited this store was a complete and horrible experience. We like our dresses but the staff needs a makeover! They didn't even understand the rewards program well enough to explain it to us properly. FYI we visited the San Diego DB and it was the complete opposite...they actually had a clue and actually put effort in to their work.
