Terrible customer service from manager Arlene. When I purchased my wedding dress I was told that my bridesmaids would receive a discount, my girls arrived and the dress was on “flash sale” so they were not going to get the discount, basically anyone that walked in would get the same discount my bridesmaids would get for me purchasing my dress. Tracy was helpful. However, people at the entrance desk were criticizing and talking bad behind customers. This behavior needs to be addressed by management!!

I literally hate going to this David’s Bridal and would rather go out of my way than go to this one. I called the Paramus store to find out if they had a specific dress in more sizes because the Totowa location only had one size and our bridal party had four people who varied in size. When I called it was like I was bothering the person who answered. I just came from buying my bridal shower dress from this store and I wanted to show a family member my wedding dress and they wouldn’t allow me to go upstairs because it’s by appointment only. I could understand if I was a bride looking for a dress without an appointment but for someone to be told they can’t not look around is a bit rude.

Terrible service. I went for formal dresses, and even though they work by appointment there is no one really helping you. They missing a lot of sizes and no one really looks like they interested in selling anything.

Do not use this store!! I was told just 6 days BEFORE the wedding that "there's nothing we can do to fix your dress." After 4 alterations, and a promise from the alterations manager that my dress would be fixed, I left with a dress that did not fit me correctly. I took my dress home and had to find a private seamstress who fixed the dress correctly within three days… Clearly David's bridal did not know what they were doing. I couldn't be more disappointed in the service over received!

Love the lady that helped me with my alterations today. Very professional and patient. Now, the -2 stars it is because the alteration are actually too expensive. 50% of my dress' value!!!

Just an FYI for all that are looking for dresses, wedding dresses, bridesmaids dresses. DO NOT GO TO David's Bridal (Paramus). First, i ordered my dress and they told me it would be 4 months and it was only 2 weeks to get in which is fine. Then I go to alterations and the woman Daniela was very helpful and knew what she was doing. I came back to try it on and they RUINED my dress! And had to "try" to fix it.
