Thea, the sales rep that took care of me was so helpful, knowledgable, and patient...me and my sister came in an hr before they closed to get an emergency wedding gown for me since my first dress wasnt arriving on time, on a really tight budget,2 weeks from the wedding,and with a hard to convince sister and thea went out of her way to find me the dress...although management wasnt pleased that i was there so late thea waa the best. Thank u for makin my day special thea!!

Thanks for leaving me in the middle of my fitting appointment to go serve someone who didn't have an appointment. Literally took the dress off of me to go off and put it on the other bride. Left me hanging and been waiting 20 solid minutes while she caters to her. Decided to just leave. Literally no care in the world or any apologies.

Ordered my dress for my son's wedding October 15, 2016 destination wedding from this location on July 29. Was told the dress would be in on September 23. Called on September 24 and was told dress was estimated to be delivered to the store by October 7. I asked if they would be able to do the needed alterations to the dress and they said no we need 3 weeks. Received a rude call on October 7 that the dress was in and they would like it if I picked it up by October 14. Spoke to one of the assistant managers when I picked ... read more

Absolutely horrible. Paid for a wedding dress they were to supposed to fix the zipper on the dress. I didn't get married in the dress that I was basically forced into buying, the dress never left the store when I called to find out if I can get a refund they told me the dress wasn't even there and they had no idea where it was, this was after receiving a call they had it and it had not been picked up when I had previously called to see what I could do to get a refund. I will never buy anything from this store again

I would recommend Joysclen to everyone!! She took the time to listen to all of our ideas (bride + 4 family members). Upon leaving, it felt as though she wasn't just our bridal consultant but instead apart of our family. She was amazing. Now her manager Stephanie! Very unprofessional. Anytime a manager speaks negatively about her employees to customers is unprofessional. She needs to appreciate her consultants.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life; you would think in the business that they're in the women would have a little more of it. They were rude and very impatient. Although I tried a dress that I somewhat liked I left in on the rack because they didn't even deserve the sale. I would never step foot in this establishment again. As a consultant I know what great customer service standards look and sound like and they lacked it all.

would not go to David's Bridal to find any kind of dress. When you walk in the door you are greeted by three people and that's all they do. It's like you are doing them a favor by walking through the doors. After looking through the dresses and helping ourselves to veils and shoes, my sister, the bride, was happy with her selections. We went on Saturday to pick up the dress, shoes and veil. We were practically shooed back out the door. No one pointed her in the directon of the filtting room to try it on nor did they suggest... read more
