Absolutely the most unprofessional business I have ever been to. Our daughter had an appointment at 1:30 yesterday, February 21st. She looked at a few dresses and found the perfect one. She rang the bell everyone clapped and then 10 mins later the woman comes out and says sorry the dress is not available from the manufacturer. Are you kidding me?? I am so utterly disappointed in your stores. My first experience was at your Plymouth Meeting location. We had an appt at 12:00. We werent cheked in until 12:45. Then there was NO room for us so they took us to the back and we waited there for 15 more minutes. We got a saleswoman that was busy helping other parties. She didnt help any of my girls with their dresses, we couldnt find her to show us other styles or colors the entire time. This company is a bunch of crooks. Don’t open a credit card with them. They do shady accounting that somehow manages to screw you over on interest even if you pay in full. Do not buy the interest free for 6 months deal. They’re lying. They’ll mess with the account to charge you interest anyway.

I have been attempting to schedule a fitting/alterations appointment for two days straight, only to be hung up on each time, totaling 4 times. And then to sit perpetually on hold. Considering the bride and myself are both military and are trying to travel to your location to follow up on our purchases with you, I am disappointed at how difficult this is. Pretty upset I went to pick up my dress today after getting an email that my dress was ready only to get there and them not being able to find it. Then After waiting about 15mins the girl came up to me and my mom and I told us my dress was sent back because it was damaged and of course we wouldn’t want the dress damaged right?!? Why wasn’t I aware of this change since they specify that the dresses have to be picked up in 7 days. RecommendedThe staff here saved me from what could have been a wedding disaster! 2 weeks out from the wedding day and my bridesmaids dress is 2 sizes too small (poor planning on my part waiting to get alterations). When ordering a new dress wasn’t an option due to availability and delivery time, I was brought back to alterations where they were able to help me on the spot, despite already being pretty busy. Everyone that I interacted with went above and beyond to help me and could not have been nicer!

RecommendedI purchased my wedding gown at this David's bridal and then had it altered there. Geneva helped me with my alterations and she was awesome. her skills are on point and I felt like she knew what I wanted intuitively. it was also awesome getting to know her. she is a really nice person. I can tell she works hard and does what she has to do but enjoys it. I hope she helps me with my next fitting!
