We arrived on time and were greeted by 2 women who did not seem to be having a good start in their day (11am). We were told to just browse the floor because they were about 10 minutes late. When asked to be directed to the dresses that come in our specific color we were told they ALL come in the color. We browsed the floor pulling dresses for way more then 10 minutes waiting to be assisted and when we finally were, the lady said half of our dresses didn't come in our color. Poor customer service - the person assigned to helping me walked away after I was in a dressing room. She didn't assist with zippering the dress or clipping the back and when I was finally done, I stood outside of the dressing room for almost 10 minutes with no sign of her and decided to finally go to the register.

Absolutely horrible! The sales associate we dealt with was so out of tune/ flustered/unhelpful. Blamed my niece for pulls on a dress that were spotted before she even tried it on. Alterations came out and literally made me niece cry. Horrific- I tried to call the store--- rang for 10 minutes no answer!!!

I had an awful experience yesterday. I was looking for my wedding dress and I was unable to do so because of the experience I had. My consultant was not friendly when she first welcomed me. Then she only pulled 3 dresses for me and then failed to assist me in the dressing room. Luckily, I had 2 of my bridesmaids and they had to tie and zip me up.
