Went in for bridesmaid dresses ans it just wasnt a good experience. Our consultant was just...awful. Looked annoyed and,bored the entire time. She also,couldnt even,provide answers to basic questions such as what colors certain dresses came in and prices. When we asked for,fabric swatches so,we could color match she said they didnt provide them so my mom went and asked another consultant who provided them and did apologize, which was nice. I had a terrible customer service experience at David's bridal today. I went in with one of my bridesmaids to pick out her bridesmaid dress and no one paid any mind to us we were ignored the entire time and treated like crap by our consultant. Then upon trying on dresses for over an hour with no help my bridesmaid picked the dress that she liked and we went up to buy it. Extremely poor customer service. 1) We had an appt and our sales rep seem to know nothing and kept disappearing. 2) We were suppose to have a discount applied to our dresses. They told us we could not use it and then a few weeks later allowed someone else in our part to use the discount. When we asked for the refund they said no. 3) The original color that was chosen for our dresses was discontinued and they never told us. My best friend was trying on wedding dresses for the first time. It should have been a fun and exciting experience. It wasn't. The consultant (I think her name was Melissa) was dry, not friendly, and not helpful. She didn't ask any questions about her style preferences or offer any suggestions. At one point, my friend liked a dress and we had to suggest trying it with a veil to get the full effect. I had a horrible experience, the sales associate was very rude. I came there on a Saturday night to pick up color swatches of the color my wedding party was going to be wearing. I got there at 7:01pm and came inside, the sales associate said may I help you I told her what I needed, she proceeded to tell Me she couldn't help me as they closed at 7:00pm. I said the door were open and all I need are some color swatches she said I'm sorry the registers shut down at 7:00 and we can't access them at all. I said I have cash I will ... read more

My experience there was horrible my first dress came in damaged then ordered same dress for me and second one came in damaged also never recommend anyone to go to David's Bridal. I got my money back never said sorry about what happened.

I'll start off by saying that Danielle is absolutely amazing. She helped me find bridesmaids dresses, my mothers dress, and my own. And I couldn't have been happier with the selections that we made. This is the extent of my happiness. 1) My mother's dress came in, we received an email to go pick it up. My mom goes in today to get it and THEY LOST THE DRESS. I started with Mary as my bridal consultant 2 months ago and she was absolutely wonderful. A cheerleader and she truly made me feel special as I should. Yesterday my experience with my bridesmaids was just awful. Our consultant(will leave her name out) was very unprofessional looking down to her undressed sloppy bun to her clothing. She left us numerous times, even in the midst of taking an order and walked away for 10+ minutes at a time. I loved my first experience, which was why I came back!!!
