I’m one heartbroken bride-to-be! I went to the Conshohocken location yesterday with my MOH to look at dresses. The first dress I tried on was absolutely stunning and had myself and everyone in the store crying happy tears from how beautiful it looked. It was a terrible experience, my niece consultant was not attentive! She kept walking away and wouldn’t come back till about 15 to 20 mins at times! We came up with the dress we all agree and when we get to the register is when the nightmare really started, out of 6 girls only 1 was going to get it in time and the wedding is in July! Really?! Horrible! They need to work their system, rhythm and professionalism a little better!

We went on Saturday which was probably a bad day to go. It was so crowded that they were late with our appt. And the HELP was so overworked she couldn't stay around and HELP my daughter with the dresses. Maybe a different day it might have been better..
I had an ok experience at the shop, unfortunately I didn't find anything that I loved but the worst part is the harassment by Davids Bridal and its partners! They will share all of your information with hundreds of other vendors who will email you multiple times a day and call and leave you voicemails hoping to get your business. All of this harassment is ridiculous because I never agreed for my information to be shared, so I called corporate and asked politely to be removed from their database about a month ago, here we are... read more

The stylist I had for my bridesmaids was absolutely horrible. She got the dresses they wanted to try on but then completely left us. They decided what dresses they wanted and we went to the front to pay. I didnt know what our stylists name was so I had to describe her to the woman in front. Went in with a friend to find a dress for her cousin's wedding. An employee barely acknowledged us once they realized we weren't there for a wedding gown. I fetched dresses for her and zipped her up because no one helped us.

Was very upset first time I went in with the bride Danielle was her consultant she said she was working with another bride also but she gave my bride no attention whatsoever we were standing around waiting for her to come and change out the bride it got so bad that I was stopping other consultants to ask them to change her out thank goodness we found a dress always good but the consultant was awful.
