It was great. The Staff was really helpful especially the Bride helper named Christina, over on West Henrietta Rd.She really helped me to get what I wanted and Knew what I was looking for. Thanks.

I came in and got a dress 2 months before my wedding. They were very nice and even helped me out by finding a way to get the dress in on time. Everyone I worked with was very nice and professional. My only complaints are my dress came in, brand new, with multiple make up stains on it. I didn't pay all that money for a stained dress. I wasn't offered any compensation or discount which in my opinion I should have been. The stains were cleaned, and it faded them just enough but I can still see them. I recommend Christina! She is patient and will find what you are looking for! I went to other bridal salons but nowhere else treated me as nicely as she did. She found me the perfect dress and it was the first one i tried on. Couldnt thank her enough!

I came today with a bridesmaid to look for my gown and her dress and we had a great stylist helping us. I believe her name was Christina at the Henrietta location. She was very tolerant of our quirky humor and made things as fun and comfortable as possible! We even left with my bridal gown and ordered a bridesmaid gown! My consultant, Nora, is absolutely amazing! She's so helpful and knew exactly what I wanted from style to color and everything in between! She was awesome at helping me eliminate dresses too lol I have 2 dresses to pick from and I can't wait to get back in to work with Nora more to achieve my dream look!

We had a great experience! We had an appointment for my daughter to shop for prom dresses and Danika helped us. She was great. She guided my daughter and her friend asking them what they were looking for and helping them to choose dresses. She called them both my name and was very friendly.
