The consultant was really friendly and accommodating. I set up all my bridesmaids appointments with her and my bridal appointment with her. She was very friendly and didn't feel pushy or like she was just trying to sell something quick . The selection of dresses was really great too. This was for my bridesmaids appointment but I also bought my veil and it was all displayed really nicely . The only thing I'd recommend is to add a small mirror in the dressing room just in case someone doesn't want to come out in a dress .

The girl assisting me in the appointment was terrible. She had no personality, barely offered to help, and wasn't very friendly. She basically stood there and let my sister and I do everything.
