Daniella was incredible. She made me feel so comfortable, safe and heard. She knew exactly what I was looking for and was a fabulous stylist. I was able to say yes to my dress within an hour! Thank you for making me feel like a real bride.
If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. This was by far the worst customer service I have experienced in any capacity or establishment. I had a 1:30 appointment today which was confirmed several days prior via phone to look for a vow renewal dress. I brought my 5 and 7 year old daughters along with my mom who has terminal cancer. We had an amazing experience with Jamie M. She was great and I am so happy we were able to work with her! Working with her was like we had known her for years! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars! I am so grateful that she was our consultant to make my daughters experience the best!!!!
If I could give a higher rating I would! Jamie M was my consultant and she was absolutely amazing!! Not only did I say yes to my dress but she made my experience more then I could ever ask for. Her customer service was beyond expectations and made me feel like I was talking to a long time friend. Through all the tears of happiness I am so happy I got such a caring and loving consultant like Jamie!! 1000/10!

Patty literally saved my life. I had gotten a dress and didn’t know it was two sizes too big. When I went to alterations they told me that it would be a lot to alter it being so large on me. She managed to get her hands on the right size and rush it in, saving me from a complete panic attack. So grateful for her and the lovely work she does. She helped save a stressed bride
