I am writing a separate review just for John because I donât think he should be in the same review which I gave a one star. John was absolutely incredible. He literally turned my experience from a 1 out of 10, straight into a 10 out of 10. He was the most kind and respectful and professional person I have ever met. He asked what was wrong with the bottom piece and we showed him and it was never broken in the first place it just wasnât adjusted correctly and he showed us how to fix it and explained everything to us. I had such a horrible experience here. The part that goes under the dress to puff it out, made the dress look lopsided. When I explained it to the worker Kim and asked to get a replacement she said it was against policy because I ordered it a year ago. Yet I wasnât able to come in sooner due to Covid hitting. At the time we believed it was broken so we needed a new one since my wedding is soon. Kim was nice but not very helpful and said the manager Feni would call me back on Monday.
