RecommendedI had already been to 6 stores looking for a Prom Dress for my daughter. She had a laundry list of what she didn't like, no sparkle or bling, no big dip in the front, no one shoulder or strapless, no train, no poof, the list went on. Farrah found a one shoulder long sleeved dress with a bit of bling that I would never have gotten my daughter to try on, but she did it for Farrah. Guess what???? She said YES to Farrah's dress!!!!

My daughter returned a dress for a gift card after having to stand down as MOA because she couldn’t afford it. She wasn’t told she couldn’t redeem it online and we don’t live close to a store. She chose a gift for the bride and groom from the website and paid with her debit card. The custom engraved gift was damaged and poor quality for a $100 gift. I complained on another site about the gift card and DB said to DM them. I did and they never responded. Such a shame.

Our consultant was so unattentive. First 15 minutes, in a shortened session due to Covid which we understood, she was going back to another client, told us to just look and pick out something. Seemed very disattached and unconcerned at helping us find The Dress. Don't waste your time at Davis Bridal Schaumburg.
