I went for alterations to my bridal gown today. Nadia, was the lady who helped me. My dress is a ballgown, so it took a few hours, she asked me every few minutes if I was comfortable, or if I need a chair, or if there was anything she could do to make me more comfortable while she was pinning. She was patient with me, and answered all of my questions. She made my experience today at David's Bridal very easy, and fun. She was beyond awesome.

I had a 3:00 appointment and was told to look around and someone would be right with me and we did not get started until 35 mins after the appointment time.
