They were all very helpful and the appointment process on line was easy even for someone who does not do that very often. They made it very exciting for my daughter again. This is the third dress we have bought for social events.

Full fitting experience was just ok. They did not have the dress in the proper size for me to get a correct fitting so I tried on a dress that was too large and simply ordered the dress that "should" be my size. They would not ship the dress to my house.

I had an appointment at 10:30, and a walkin came in right after me. I loved the girl that was helping me, but I felt like I was rushed through my appointment because she was having to help them and they didn't have an appointment.

My experience was wonderful. It was simple and convenient for me to make an appointment online. The woman helping me pick dresses to try on could not have done a better job! I have not bought my dress yet, but I will likely purchase the very first dress she had me try on. She had my preferences exactly right.
