I was having second doubts about my wedding dress and the ladies at David's Bridal all worked together to help me feel comfortable with my decision. They offered multiple solutions and took the time to help me figure out which one was best for me. I really can't thank them enough. Incredible crew at the Springfield, PA location!!! Customer service was TERRIBLE. There were 3 ladies working. One helped us except it was like pulling teeth to get her to stay with us and provide guidance as she went on to help other customers in the store rather than staying with us while we were trying on the dresses. Myself and small flower girl. Would not recommend this location. I will either order online because clearly going to the store was the biggest waste of an hr this morning, or find another location even if it is further out of my way.
