i didn't even meet my personal consultant. i had an appointment, waited almost 15 minutes, picked out all the dresses myself then had to beg for a dressing room because we were waiting so long. the only time my consultant bothered was when we were done she rushed by and asked how we were.
Customer service was very friendly and helpful but there was not enough options for what I was looking for.
My sales lady was delightful and very good at what she does. Extremely happy with my experience.

We had a wonderful experience shopping for my daughter's wedding dress! Our bridal consultant, Yvonne was a dream come true. She really listened to what my daughter wanted and knew exactly what she was looking for. She brought us dress that flattered my daughters frame and pulled the whole package together with the perfect veil and accessories! Thank you Yvonne! You were a fairy godmother to my daughter!

I came in with a strict budget. It was met and delivered. Maria was exceptional with helping. I felt beautiful and extremely happy!
