I loved my experience with David’s Bridal! I had a great experience at David's Bridal. My consultant, Joy, listened carefully to what I liked from the outset and pulled lots of dresses that I liked. Truly, the most difficult thing in the end was deciding which one of all those great options was "the one"! This is my second marriage and I went to see what the store had to offer. Never expected trying dresses and much less buying one. Teresa was very courteous trying to find a dress with sleeves and not so fancy since I’m 52 years old. I found such a beautiful dress that I fell in love instantly. It was a great experience. Last Saturday I had my first fitting and can’t wait to the my pretty dress in a few weeks. It really was a very good experience. Way better than expected. ❤️🥂

I would like to give a big shout out to Sallie Whitehurst, Sales Manager, for her help. I had a situation that was not totally in line with store policies but she worked with me to resolve it. She was gracious, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend David's Bridal in Springfield, and Sallie in particular!

Normally I'm not a huge Davids Bridal fan having had some not-so-great experiences here in the past, but Samantha and the stylists at the Springfield location made my day! Samantha helped me go through all different styles until we landed on one combination that worked perfectly! I can't wait to have a second appointment with my mom and mother in law and find my dress!! 😁🤗

RecommendedAlthough I was concerned about going back to David's after a not so great experience in Rockville, I can say that I was pleasantly surprised at the Springfield location. Erin was just what we needed - helpful, polite and informative. We were in search of a Jr Bridesmaid's dress and she found just the right one, gave us options and went the distance to make sure we found it in the right size and color - searching all over theUS. She found it in Canada! Very happy with the service in Springfield location.
