I picked out my dress well in advance at this location and everyone was very nice. The alterations process took longer than it should have, because one of the alterers thought that she needed to make alterations according to my petticoat's length, but finally after two appointments, a different alterer pointed out that the DRESS should be shortened to the length I want, and the petticoat can be adjusted accordingly. Ultimately, I did find my dress here, and a beautiful veil to match. The sales associates were all very friendly, and seemed to enjoy that my whole family was in on this experience. However - I see a few areas for improvement. - There were tons of dresses in the store, but it still didn't seem like there was much variety unless you wanted a very standard sleeveless gown. - The lady assigned to help me never asked for my budget. I have never felt more beautiful and special. Our consultant was Jasmine and she exceeded every expectation we had. I am a plus size bride and was very nervous about not having someone who would be understanding of my concerns with my body.
