Last weekend I said YES to the dress at David's Bridal! I am so happy with the experience and the shop. First off, setting up an online account to schedule an appointment and pick my "favorites" was so simple. When I arrived, my consultant Cynthia had a couple of the dresses ready for me to try on and made me feel so comfortable and special. The other staff I interacted with were lovely also. The customer service at David's Bridal in Springfield is the best in the world! Amanda, Sally, Kendall, and Kia are all super stars. They were extremely patient with me - I came back three different times and tried on dozens of dresses. Amanda, in particular, worked to accommodate my schedule, and was a sweetheart throughout the process. The manager was really great. But I was disappointed in the selection of dresses for Mother of The Bride. I did, however, find one to purchase.

The staff was great and the selection was great. The shopping experience, not so much. It was incredibly crowded and there is no privacy. If you're looking for an intimate setting, I would not recommend. I was hoping to have more of an experience and it was definitely not what I would have like. But it served its purpose. I found my dress for an incredible price. I was just hoping for a better memory.

Kischa was helpful and friendly. The dresses seemed to be discounted reasonably. Various accessories. Once the dress is purchased however, if alterations are needed (even if you buy the dress AS IS off the rack, you have to bring the dress with you out of the store, they will not keep it there/stored for you. I found that a little upsetting and decided to take it elsewhere for that. I am glad I did make an appointment because it gets very busy.
