I visited 2 DB locations. The Sunset Hills location was the worst with their customer service, and very demanding. The lady literally told the bride and us bridesmaids that "she didn't care if we purchased our dresses from DB. I was never measured at either of the locations which was frustrating. It felt like a waste of time. I hated all my encounters truefully So much more was wrong but this is a long enough rant.

I had an appointment to try on weddding dresses. I can't remember the name of the woman who helped us but she was missing more than half the time. When I found the dress I loved there was no picture taken with the sign. If she wanted to make a sale she should have brought over some shoes, maybe a vail... nothing! I was happy I found a dress but did not get a good experience because she was always off doing something I wasn't sure what and then trying to help other people. I was frustrated

The first thing the greeter did was not smile and say welcome. She did, however make sure to tell us that we were 15 minutes late ( which I had already informed the scheduler of) and we had cut a lot of time off of our appointment. Maybe she could handle it differently next time.
