The overall experience was good. My consultant, Jenevieve was not good. I felt rushed to start trying on dresses and did not really have time to look. My main complaint was she did not listen to what I said I was wanted. Ex: I mentioned ideally long sleeves or strapless and ended up with all sleeveless straps. I showed her pictures of dresses I wanted to try 3 times (saved from the store website with style number included), and she kept saying she did not know if they had it without going to look. We came in to find my wedding gown without an appointment on a Saturday and they squeezed us in without hesitation. I really had no idea what I wanted and Collene was so patient, honest, knowledgeable, and friendly. She gave me so many different options from my gown to belts and veils while being conscious of my budget. I couldn't be happier with my wedding gown and Collene was awesome! Thank you!
