We loved that this location was so much more organized than the Burbank store. There was a great selection of styles and sizes. And the staff was very friendly. Specifically, Andrea! We didn’t have an appointment but she made my day with her sweetest comment when I was trying on my last dress. I had liked them all, but her excitement helped me decide on that dress! I’m so excited to be the mother of the groom in my beautiful dress.
Em worked with me. She was really helpful, it made the process so smooth.

Chelsea was absolutely wonderful tonight. We called at 6 pm desperately looking for a dress for my daughter's homecoming Saturday. She is a little chubby and was struggling with finding anything. They said they had some plus size dresses in stock. We drove from Lancaster to Stevenson Ranch. We arrived about 730 ( store closes at 9). All that said, we were greeted with the best attitude. We had 48 hours to get and alter a dress for a last minute special event. Chelsea found us many excellent choices, a pleasant surprise. Michelle got alterations done within a day!!!! Crazy!! I appreciate their patience, care and understanding of our unusual situation. Bottom line: they got it done and we couldn’t be happier!!
