Hayley was very helpful, but even though I made an appointment in advance, we ended up crammed in a very tight space with barely enough room to get in and out of the dressing room. Luckily I only had 3 people with me!

I love the Sunset Hills location, I called too ask questions,and make a appointment!! Every question was answered, I made the appointment too come in,Hope asst me and i promise you when i say patient,kind,and understanding,and did i metion compassionate, Well that's Hope!!! I went today for an alterations appointment. The young woman helping me was fantastic. Unfortunately, they wanted to upcharge for a rush alteration because we needed it within 2 weeks. That would have been fine, if they'd have told us that the first time we spoke with alterations upon ordering the dress. Nope. But the alterations manager and the seamstress were a pleasure and worked within our time frame. Very pleasant experience and I'd go back simply for the wide variety of sizes.
