Pretty disappointed with my experience here. I had to get a bridesmaid dress for my best friend's wedding and came here to get it. Unfortunately they don't keep any shorter dresses in to try on, only long ones. I finally found a dress I liked and got it ordered. If i could give Zero stars, I would! There were NUMEROUS problems we had to deal with. The only good day was the day my daughter picked out her dress. Once that was taken care of and paid for, problems added up. Keep in mind we were from Canada and had to take a day off work to make it to appointments. Alteration appointments were cancelled because there wasn’t even a seamstress there that day/time. Jawea, the sweet girl helping us was the only saving grace today. Extremely kind and helpful. However, your manager Ashley is absolutely awful. Talks to her employees like crap. Practically ripped Jawea apart right in front of the bride, her two mothers, and 5 bridesmaids. Left the poor girl in tears. So unprofessional and made us feel very uncomfortable. I am completely appalled with the service we received today. The girl who was helping us, Jawea was amazing and the sweetest girl. She handled our larger party with ease. However, the manager, Ashley came out of the backroom and then proceeded to belittle Jawea about her not writing our information down when we were still in the process of deciding which dresses and colors we wanted.
