Terrible customer service. Waited 15 minutes before anyone even said hello, btw it was the middle of the week and they were not busy I had to ask for assistance. I had to keep asking for help with the dress and every time I turned around the person was gone. Give your money to a company that appreciates their customers not ignores them

This place is a complete joke! Every time I have been in there it's been one problem after another! I will never go back!

I walked in the store two people were waiting counter no one said hello, went picked out four gowns took my mom dressing room and helped her finally young lady that was helping a wedding party saw us asked if we been taken care of I said no I took care myself she said soon as I'm done with the wedding party I'll help you . By time I went took mom to counter to buy the outfit no one else came to help . Products were good service not the greatest.

Alex and Kim were simply amazing!!! I went in for accessories and slip for my dress, I only wish I would of went to this location as opposed to Dearborn where the service was horrible!!

When told by the store to go onto their website to favorite the dresses you want to try on so they are ready when you get to the store, you might do it. Well I did. The consultant had the sheet printed out of the dresses, but she told me the numbers and pictures dont match so it would take her a while to find the right dress. I told her it was fine we can try going by the little pictures. She left for 10 minutes to get a bra and slip. Then to go and get a dress. Worse bridal shop ever. I will never allow any one to go here. I am thankful for Jenna who works there but they suck minus her. Sent multiple wrong dress sizes. I was forgotten about at an appointment. My girls feet turned blue from the shoe dye. Its just horrible. They made the happiest time in my life the most stressful. I make sure none of my family and friends go here.
