I live out of state and had to have my aunt and uncle take my cousin to get fitted for her flower girl dress. We paid $100 for the dress and they charged over $120 for alterations. That is ridiculous how can it cost more than the dress itself ! I think there should be a cap especially on a child's dress. I tried to keep the budget low but if anyone asks for recommendations I'd say you should look elsewhere!
Went there a while ago for bridesmaid dresses for a wedding, the woman was rude as heck, only gave us one room for 6 girls to try on dresses! Constantly rolled her eyes and are rude comments, a few times insinuating one bridesmaid needed to lose weight. It was awful. The worst. All the bridesmaids made appointments at a different bridal shop to purchase their dresses there so Taylor wouldn't get commission. I was shocked and appalled. I went on another occasion and it was "okay". With a different bridal party. But not great.
3 out of 6 brides maids dresses were wrong got handed the wrong size 3 months before the wedding when i need alterations i relize the issue. Was told wrong discounts for bridesmaid dresses and had horrible assistance throughtout both visits, very unorganized, and lack in communication among workers- and interpritation on what was put into the computer. I in the future will NOT go there ever again and neither will any of the bridemaids in our party.
They have beautiful dress it's just very expensive to buy and the alterations are about the same amount of the dress with sucks.
I bought two pair of shoes to wear. One for my wedding and one for someone else wedding. I got one dye black and lets just say I have black feet! I took back my shoes and told them I want a refund on both. We don't do refunds sorry! Do you want something else! They order the wrong bra size. My hair piece is missing stones! I will never do business with them again!
This place the most rudest place to go ...I heard a lot of bad things about it and the way the treat customers. .but I figured that was years ago maybe they got better ...no ...me and my 2 braidsmaid went in ..and had to wait to get waited on ..finally the lady that came Was snotty and measured my girls bigger than they were ....didn't listen to what I wanted ..then next thing I know ...she is over helping the next party behind me and just left us ..never came back to say anything ..just ditched us ...The manager Was like ..... read more
