I had to take a few days to process the experience that I had at this location; I’m posting this because I do not want anyone to have this happen to them regarding their wedding. I originally ordered my dress from the David’s Bridal website and wanted to take it to a David’s bridal for alterations as I figured their alterations would know how to alter their dress the best. Vera was great at answering all my questions reguarding alterations and Angelica was very helpful in helping find a mother of the bride dress that fit all her needs. Great customer care!
David's Bridal in Southcenter took care of me and made me feel so special from yes to the dress day to final fit and take her home day. Wonderful customer service thank you.
