Had to wait over 45 minutes when I had an appointment. The ladies checking me in were rude. The attendant assigned to me was nice but didn't grab the right dresses or the sizes I was looking at in the book. Only brought 3 dresses at a time so had to wait in an uncomfortable dress until the others were brought. Too many people were crowding the dresssing room. A chaotic experience that I think brides to be shouldn't experience.
It ok
I was impressed that upon arrival the staff were prepared with a printed list of my favorite dresses I had saved. The process was personal and patient as I vacillated between two dresses and ultimately selected "the one." I did not feel rushed or that I was inconvenient by taking my time.
She was very helpful, listened to what I want, but when it came to the veil she wasn't much help or tell us price. I was surprised at the price when I looked at receipt.

My experience was great! Everyone was super helpful and my alteration was spot on!
I loved that Eunice let me keep my dress and veil in for a fe extra minutes after I chose my undergarments. I loved how I looked!
I was a little late and was worried. The dress for perfectly! Great job. They are good at what they do.
All of the staff that helped me were professional,helpful, understanding and friendly. My experience there was extremely positive.
