Had to wait over 45 minutes when I had an appointment. The ladies checking me in were rude. The attendant assigned to me was nice but didn't grab the right dresses or the sizes I was looking at in the book. Only brought 3 dresses at a time so had to wait in an uncomfortable dress until the others were brought. Too many people were crowding the dresssing room. A chaotic experience that I think brides to be shouldn't experience.

I was impressed that upon arrival the staff were prepared with a printed list of my favorite dresses I had saved. The process was personal and patient as I vacillated between two dresses and ultimately selected "the one." I did not feel rushed or that I was inconvenient by taking my time.

She was very helpful, listened to what I want, but when it came to the veil she wasn't much help or tell us price. I was surprised at the price when I looked at receipt.

I loved that Eunice let me keep my dress and veil in for a fe extra minutes after I chose my undergarments. I loved how I looked!
