We just had the most awful experience at David's Bridal for bridesmaids. We had an appointment (which was made in January) and we got there and it was chaos. They were the RUDEST staff I have ever been around. It was an absolute terrible experience. I asked them what the point of having an appointment when they make us stand off to the side waiting and waiting. They made us pull all our own dresses. During reserving this appointment they asked how many people yet tried to put 6 girls in 2 rooms. Their only response was “we h... read more

Honestly it’s sad because I saw so many brides having fun with their bridal consultants. When we walked in we were greeted by the front desk but our consultant didn’t even give us her name. She didn’t seem like she wanted to be there at all. My friends had to pull the dresses, she acted as if finding my size was a burden to her. Honestly, I was set to buy my dress here. I had it picked out, was about to drop $1200, but after the horrible experience I had, I will definitely not be purchasing. I was rushed through my appointment, and encouraged to buy a dress I was NOT sure about because it was the end of my appointment, and despite asking if they had the specific dresses I wanted to try on (multiple times), I was told they didn’t have them to try on, probably because it was 11:59 and the next set of appointments were coming in. Hi, I had my appointment today and the woman who helped us out today was very nice and kind. What I did not appreciate was it seemed that they only carried sizes 0-6. Then they jumped to size 23 and up. And these were the only bridesmaid dress sizes they had in store, for guests to try on. Where were sizes 8-22? I feel like this is not body inclusivity. I came into this location a few weeks ago for my wedding dress and Ashlyn was AH-MAZING. She was patient and SO KIND. I ended up buying my dress that day even though my mom was not there. Today, that was a WHOLE different story. I brought two of my bridesmaids in to try on bridesmaids dresses. The first girl that was helping us out was named Brittney. She was SO sweet and adorable. I never do this and those that know me know I never complain about things and normally l go with the flow. But I want to give y’all a heads up about David’s bridal in tyler for any future purchase or bridal experience. I went to David’s to find my dress and have had the worst experience of my life. I went for a total of 4 fittings. My supposed to be last fitting was to pick up my dress but the hem was two different lengths and high and low on the under side and did flow the way it was supposed to. Absolute worst place in the WORLD to get a wedding dress from, my fiancé went and found a dress she fell in love with even with terrible service, not even helping her with the dresses all she did was stand there, then when she came back for the fitting they told her it was the wrong size and that they would have to order a new one. I visited your Tyler location Sept. 14 with my my mom. We were greeted as we walk in, but we were never approached by anyone asking us if we needed help or assistance in any way. I found 3 dresses to try on, walked to the dressing room. I didn’t know if I needed to tell an associate I needed a room, so I approached one and asked.
