Thank the lord I bought my daughters dress at a one on one personal bridal boutique because we entered this store to get bridesmaid dresses and the girl was no helpful at all. I had to take full charge and tell her what colors go with what. She didn't have good taste and had the bride in a tizzy just watching. We did get the dresses but with not much help.

Horrible experience. The bridal consultant I had was rude and very pushy.

The lady who helped us was not friendly at all...she was trying to help too many people at one time
I had a nice time the girl that helped me was really sweet everybody has a great personality made my day wonderful
This store seriously made my part of my wedding experience horrible. One. Every time I came there y'all were extremely rude towards me AND my guests. Y'all acted like you did not want to help us. 2. You did not save, like you said you would, the right dress I wanted for my bridesmaids. So thanks to y'all all my bridesmaids have maternity dresses, instead of just two of them. Dear Davids Bridal in Tyler, If your gonna work at bridal shop, helping brides get the perfect dress & also helping the bridesmaids get the right dress that the bride wants..... Don't you think you should have a smile on your face, actually help the customer out & not get rude with me because Im clarifying that this is the dress I need to order!!!!
