Worst. Customer Service. EVER! Had an appointment for mother of the bride dresses and was basically told look for yourself - we can’t help you. WTF!?! What was the point in making an appointment. This wasn’t the first time this has happened. Made an appointment for bridesmaids dresses and was placed with a woman who was double booked. Which would be okay if it wasn’t the slowest day ever. I am ASHAMED that I sent my bridesmaids to do business with David’s Bridal.

I originally had a appt set with them on this past Friday. Well I called to reschedule to the following Saturday due to I was already going to Tyler for the bridal expo and me staying in Longview I didn’t want to drive to Tyler 2 days in a row! Well Saturday morning I overslept and didn’t make it there until a hour and a half AFTER my appt time! From out of town & came in to the store.....sales associate said no available appointments for 2 hours, we looked around the empty store and said well can we just look and she said sure but you cant try on....so we left. I swear there couldn’t have been 2 customers in the whole store! What a good thing that Brides & Belles and Sue Allen Bridal we’re both so accommodating! I would recommend going to either of those places over Davids!!!

so my bffs bridal party came in wearing jeans and t-shirts.. (with money) we were treated like crap because we wasnt wearing diamonds.. we had an appt and everything.. 0 stars from all of us..
This was very terrible experience!!! After having an appointment we had no dressing room. Once we finally got one we had poor assistance . Ended up having to find all our own dresses. Tried asking for help from the person assigned to us and they referred us to the catalog instead of HELPING US. I have always had great experiences with David’s bridal but not with this one. They need better customer service. 😩

David's Bridal gets 1 star (by default) 0 stars is not an option...This was the second place that I went shopping for a bridal dress, let me describe my adventure here at David's Bridal. For my first appointment to look for a wedding dress I arrived early. The lady that helped me was nice, but there was no focus on my appointment. My matron of honor actually had to go and find my dresses for me. I feel like appointments should be more personal, and the person assisting you should focus on YOU, because this is a special time!!� My alteration appointment went better.
