I give David’s bridal 0 stars . We went to the 67 Colossus Dr location in Woodbridge and the service was terrible! Poor service and poor communication skills! Anywhere else would be better! My daughter-in-law and I brought our dresses there to have a simple alterations (that’s what they told us on the first visit from a very nice lady that after I left my dress there I never saw her) also I know that will not be a big alterations because my Mom use to be a clothing repair/tailoring. When I went in for alterations I was made to feel like a barbie doll. They poked me and moved me and my arms without asking me to move them myself. I felt very uncomfortable and was barely asked about what I was looking for. The girl that was doing my alterations was very quiet and was hard to hear when she asked me to turn so when I didn't hear her, she would repeat it very rudely. I bought my dress outside of David’s bridal but I came in last week with my mom to help her find a dress for my wedding. When I met Vianne she was so nice and I got along with her quickly. Watching the service she provided my mom, she was great so I was more than thrilled to bring her my wedding dress to do! I cannot wait to see the result 🥰
Vianne and Miriam were absolutely wonderful! My mom had a wonderful experience and she was so happy with the dress she got! They made sure we did not leave the store unsatisfied! If you ever need alterations done I definitely recommend coming here to see Vianne and Miriam ☺️

I want to start off by saying that my experience today at David's Bridal on 67 Colossus Drive was absolutely incredible right up to the last 10 minutes when our group was approached by one of the sales associates (whom by the way was not even one of the amazing sales associates that was helping our group in anyway, shape or form) told us that our appointment time was at 9am and it was now 10:10am so we needed to pack up and be on our way as they have other customers coming in.
