The moment I walk in Jennifer was gracious and helpful. I was in desperate need of a dress for a formal wedding that was in two weeks. She lead me to the racks and began pulling dress for me and getting a dressing room ready. I was then assist by Jessica as I tried them on. She was honest and accurate on how the dresses fit and looked on me. I am extremely please with the dress I select to purchase. They both make what I thought would be a stressful situation a delight.

Janet was extremely attentive and helpful. Our bridal party did not have a good experience at the Schaumburg location and she put all my worries at ease when I came to VH. She had great input and helpful opinions. Made the process much easier than I could have expected. Plus, Janet helped pick the perfect dress. She did great.

A great experience! Shirley was so helpful! It was a busy time in the store and she somehow managed the phone calls and greeted other guests, but she still made me feel that I was the most important person in the store. A true professional!

I went in today for my alteration appointment with Tatiana. She made me feel like I looked so amazing! I had such a great experience. The girls are all So sweet and welcoming! I cannot wait to come back!

I went into Davies to purchase a jumpsuit for my wedding i told the young lady when she measured me that her measurements were wrong well today is Monday my wedding is Sunday and my wedding jumpsuit is 2 sizes too big, so they find me a dress similar to the jumpsuit but its 100.00 more why in the world should I be charged extra for a mistake the sales lady made im sitting in my car outside of the store in Vernon hills in tears, my God in heaven I told the sales lady it was to big the sales lady I have today her name is patty... read more

Luckily went to get my wedding dress before it had closed. It was my second visit and I was dreading to come back since my first visit wasn’t the best. The stylist didn’t measure me, gave me a minute to look at dresses and just picked what I had in my favorites. On top of that she was disrespectful to my friends who came with me and didn’t even let me try on another dress my friend had brought me because I was out of time.
