The customer service was awful. The representative we had didn't pull any sizes that the bridesmaids needed if their size didn't originally fit them. She was very slow to help us as well. We felt like we weren't a priority.
I loved my experience. My consultant did a great job listening and pulling dresses that fell into my criteria.
Other than a mishap when I first tried calling over a week ago, it was very quick and easy. They were very accommodating and helpful.
