Well let’s see, my initial bridesmaid dress appt was ok....the consultant working with me was good, but rarely able to help me. She was also put with a bride who obviously took priority over me. She literally pulled my dresses, gave me a room, and left me. I think she zipped 2 out of the 6 dresses I tried on. Otherwise I was on my own. I did purchase my dress that day. I'm glad my sister found her dress but the lady that greeted us was horrible. Did nothing but argue with us the whole time until my sister arrived. Not a great way to get business.

My stylist Veronica was AMAZING !!! 5stars When I walked in I asked the lady at the check in desk for a chair she said they only give them as needed. Cool. You would think being 4 months pregnant is Needed. But whatever. I walk around for 15 min until my appointment time exhausted feeling light headed at this point. I go in the fitting room and try on the first dress which was just "OK . But since it was so big and lots of layers I just went with it. Worst experience ever!!! If you’re a bride you deserve to be treated like one. Invest the time and money and go to a boutique bridal shop and be served and treated the way you should be as a bride. The majority of the staff and corporate staff could care less about the way you’re treated or your experience and have no concern for adequate customer service.
